Cryptocurrency markets — and memecoin markets in particular — are extremely volatile and carry substantial risk including the risk of total loss of capital. Many tokens go to zero. Many tokens are scams ("rug pulls"). Athena Signal's filters reduce but do not eliminate these risks.

Athena Signal subscriptions are billed monthly at the price displayed on the subscription page at the time of signup. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Subscriber access is non-transferable and may not be redistributed. Sharing alerts, screenshots, or other subscriber-only content with non-subscribers is grounds for immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

Athena Signal does not custody your funds, manage your wallet, place trades on your behalf, or have any access to your trading account. The signal feed is delivered as text to your messaging client of choice. You must execute trades yourself, on your own terminal of choice, with your own funds.

The phrase "signals our team trades on" describes the methodology used by Athena Signal's operator (the "master trader") to generate the same signals delivered to subscribers. The master trader executes trades for its own account using its own capital. The master trader's trading activity is a precondition for signal generation but is not a representation of subscriber outcomes. Subscribers may experience materially different outcomes due to differences in execution speed, position size, risk tolerance, fees, and market conditions.

The master trader fires its trade BEFORE publishing the corresponding signal to subscribers, by design. This protects fill quality. Subscribers see signals approximately 1–3 seconds after master execution and may experience slippage or missed fills compared to master.

Athena Signal aggregates data from third-party sources including Solana Tracker, DexScreener, Helius, Twitter/X, and on-chain RPCs. We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy but make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information surfaced. Stale, incorrect, or missing data from these sources may affect signals.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Athena Signal, its operators, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of Athena Signal, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, data errors, or service interruptions.

Athena Signal is provided as research output. It is not registered as a securities broker, investment adviser, or commodity trading advisor in any jurisdiction. Use of the service may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

These terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email. Continued use of the service after a notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
